It says what data KSight collects, why we use it, who helps us process it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
We are PT Wintech Solusi Sportsindo, a company in Indonesia. We make KSight, and we are the data controller for the data in this notice.

2. What this notice covers
This notice covers:
- the KSight app for iPhone and for Android,
- the KSight radar box,
- the link between your phone and a KSight bay at a driving range,
- this website.
We offer KSight in Indonesia and in Founder: countries.
3. What we collect
Plans and data
KSight has two plans.
- Free. Your swing videos, drawings and voice-overs stay on your phone. We do not upload them.
- Pro. Your swing videos go to our cloud, so the coach can study them.
On both plans, your account details go to our servers.

All this data moves encrypted. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to track you or for ads.
What we do not collect
- Free plan videos, drawings and voice-overs.
- Your location. Old Android phones ask for it, see section 12.
- Your contacts.
- Your advertising id.
The app has no analytics, crash report or advertising software.
The radar box
The radar box sends ball and club numbers to your phone over Bluetooth. The phone then sends these numbers to our cloud.

5. Who processes your data, and transfers abroad
These companies process data for us. They act on our instructions.

So your data can leave Indonesia. Indonesian law (UU 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection, Article 56) sets rules for this.

6. The bay camera at a range
A driving range can have a KSight bay. You can pair your phone with the bay: you scan the code on the bay screen. Then your phone works as the bay's camera.
While you use the bay:
- your phone sends live video and swing clips over the range's local Wi-Fi to the bay computer,
- the bay computer uploads the clips to our cloud,
- we keep a pairing id until you unpair.

7. Coach words from AI
On Pro, OpenAI writes the coach words for your swing.
Founder: confirm OpenAI paid key and permission screen are live (A3)
- Before any swing facts go to OpenAI, the app asks your permission.
- If you say no, we send nothing to OpenAI, and the app shows no written coach tip.
- You can turn it off later in the app's settings.
- We use a paid OpenAI account. Data sharing for OpenAI's own model training is off.
What we send to OpenAI: the facts of each swing check. For example, what the check measured, the goal, which body parts, the result, earlier tips, and what the ball did, in words.
What we never send to OpenAI: your name, your email, your account ids, your video or your pictures.
OpenAI processes the facts in the United States.
8. Training our swing model
Training is off unless you turn it on. You find the switch in the app: Profile, then Settings, then Data, then "Help train the coach".
When training is on:
- we keep copies of your swing videos in a private store,
- only our team sees them,
- we use them to train our swing model.
When you turn training off:
- we delete the swing videos we kept for training,
- the stick figure data stays,
- a model we already trained cannot be un-trained.
We keep training copies at most Founder: training copy maximum age.
If we change the training words, we ask you again. We never change the words you already agreed to.
9. How long we keep your data

After you delete your account
We delete your data at once. If a file arrives late, we delete it within 1 hour.
We still keep:
- a deletion mark with two ids for 7 days, so a late upload cannot create your data again,
- the sign-in log, which holds your email, server logs with your ids, and backups, until they expire (Founder: log and backup retention),
- purchase records, which Apple or Google keep,
- tax records, if the law asks us,
- models we already trained, because they cannot forget,
- daily totals of AI use, which do not name you.

10. Your rights
You can use your rights in the app or by email.
- In the app: change your profile, turn training on or off, and delete your account.
- By email: write to Founder: privacy contact email.
If you live in Indonesia
UU 27/2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP) gives you the right to:
- know who we are, why we use your data, and on what legal basis,
- correct or complete your data,
- get access to your data and a copy of it,
- ask us to stop using your data, and to delete it,
- take back your consent,
- object to a decision made only by automatic processing,
- ask us to delay or limit how we use your data,
- get your data in a common format, and send it to another company,
- sue and ask for compensation if we break the law.

If you live in the European Union or the European Economic Area
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to:
- get access to your data and a copy of it,
- correct your data,
- have your data deleted,
- limit how we use your data,
- get your data in a common format, and send it to another company,
- object to how we use your data,
- take back your consent at any time,
- complain to the data protection authority in your country.

If you live in California
The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose,
- have it deleted,
- have it corrected,
- limit how we use sensitive personal information,
- be treated the same when you use these rights.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for ads.

11. Security and breach notice
How we protect your data:
- All data moves encrypted.
- Our database lets each account read only its own data.
- Our file stores are private.
- The GPU server gets a link to your video that stops working after 15 minutes.
- The app never holds our server keys.
If a breach of your personal data happens, we tell you in writing within 3 x 24 hours, as UU 27/2022 Article 46 asks. We also tell the authority when the law asks.
12. Children, data on your phone only, and phone permissions
Children
You must be 13 or older to use KSight.

Data that stays on your phone
- On the Free plan, your swing videos, drawings and voice-overs stay on your phone.
- When you save a swing picture to Photos, it goes to your Photos. We do not get a copy.
- When you import a video, you pick it in the system picker. KSight gets only the video you pick.
- On iPhone, your session files show in the Files app.
- The framing check runs on your phone. On Android it uses Google ML Kit. We turned off its usage reports to Google.

KSight does not ask for your location on iPhone, your contacts, health data, motion data or permission to track you.
13. Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we put the new version date at the top. If a change needs your consent, we ask you again in the app.
