These terms apply from Founder: effective date.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and PT Wintech Solusi Sportsindo, a company in Indonesia ("we"). They cover the KSight app for iPhone and for Android, the KSight radar box, KSight bays at driving ranges, and this website.
When you use KSight, you agree to these terms. Our privacy notice says how we use your data.
2. Age
You must be 13 or older to use KSight.

3. Your account
- You sign up with your email address and a password.
- Give true details, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password secret.
- You can delete your account at any time. See the account deletion page.
4. Coaching is guidance only
- KSight gives coaching tips about your swing. The tips are guidance only.
- The coach checks and the AI coach words can be wrong.
- Some numbers are estimates from a model, not measurements. For example, carry and ball flight.
- Before you swing, check your space. Make sure nobody is near you, and nothing is in the path of your club or the ball.
5. Plans and subscriptions
Plans
- Free. Phone only. You can record or import a swing, draw on it, record a voice-over and share it. Nothing is uploaded.
- Pro. Your swings go to our cloud for coaching. Pro also works with the KSight radar box.
Price
Pro costs Rp 299.000 a month or Rp 2.999.000 a year. The App Store or Google Play shows the final price before you buy. If a free trial is offered, the store shows its length before you buy.
Payment and renewal
- You buy Pro through the App Store on iPhone, or Google Play on Android.
- The store takes the payment.
- Your subscription renews each month or each year until you cancel.
Cancel
- Cancel in your App Store settings on iPhone, or in Google Play on Android.
- To stop the next payment, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If you cancel during a free trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you pay nothing.
Refunds
Apple and Google handle refunds under their own rules. Ask the store where you bought Pro.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription
If you delete your KSight account, the store still charges you. Cancel your subscription in the store first. See the account deletion page.
6. Your licence to use the app
- On iPhone, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies, together with these terms.
- On Android, these terms are your licence.

7. The radar box
The radar box is not on sale on this site yet.
Safety
- Keep the radar box out of the ball's path.
- Charge and power it only through its USB-C port, at 5 V 3 A.
- Keep children away from the box while people swing.

Software updates
The box gets software updates from us. Each update is signed by us, and the box checks the signature before it installs the update.
8. Your content
- Your swing videos, drawings and voice-overs stay yours.
- You let us store and process them only to run KSight for you.
- We use copies to train our swing model only if you turn training on.
- Upload only videos you have the right to use. Ask a person before you film them.

10. Law and language
- The law of the Republic of Indonesia governs these terms.
- We publish these terms in Bahasa Indonesia and in English.
